PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
We can review organisations to test the fit between staff and business objectives. Particularly when businesses grow, mismatches arise between strategies, staff and structures. Reconfiguration is essential for a business to navigate growth. But this requires sensitive, firm, action, based on logical persuasion and achieving consensus amongst key stakeholders.
STRATEGIC AUDIT
We examine existing businesses in detail, including salary structures, for purposes of reconciling roles and responsibilities with remuneration. Staff are (rightly and understandably) very sensitive about intrusion into such matters, so only our senior directors become involved in projects involving personal information about your staff. Our data protection registration number is Z6562451.
'STRUCTURAL' REVIEWS
We can review the structure of your organisation with a view to achieving rationalisation, resilience, efficiency, or cost savings.
FEASIBILITY STUDIES
We undertake feasibility studies to test whether or not proposed business strategies and solutions are both viable and practical.
BUSINESS PLANNING
We prepare business plans, especially for submission to governments or other public bodies, for grant support.
EVALUATIONS
We evaluate initiatives and projects that are wholly or partially complete. Outcomes are measured against the original objectives.
ESTABLISHMENT
Honesty Limited was incorporated in 1995. For almost a quarter of a century we have provided consultancy advice and services to predominantly public sector clients, particularly local authorities and the police.
POLICE REVIEWS Liaising with all levels of management from the Chief Constable to front line staff. Appraising the match between objectives and police property to highlight where public sector resources should be allocated to best serve Force priorities.
SPECIALIST FACILITIES
Liaising with technical specialists, such as those involved in forensics. Evolving strategies for a range of specialist projects from laboratories to custody suites, including drafting contracts and controlling costs.
DEVELOPMENT GRANTS
Preparing business plans and the supporting documents. Recently we helped to secure an offer of a £4.2 million grant for a local authority in Wales.
EVALUATIONS
Evaluating sustainable and unsustainable business models, frequently where income from important public assets is being used to pay for their upkeep and for staffing.
